im not sure how you come up with the majority over minority thing but its not whats in my mind.

my frustation lies at the way the management treats cohort 4 - as a bunch of kids.

Darned place will always be darned. We get frustrated enough, but know better than to even try to change them. It's a waste of time anyway.
